John Shepherd is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT service management and desktop support. Since February 2018, John has held various management roles at Penumbra, Inc., including Manager of IT Experience Services and IT Experience Services Supervisor, after progressing from a Senior Desktop Support Engineer and Information Technology Help Desk Supervisor. Prior to this, John served as Helpdesk Support Specialist - Team Lead/Supervisor (Tier 3) at Sungevity from August 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included leading a team of desktop support technicians and collaborating closely with the IT Project Manager on various initiatives. John holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Contra Costa College, completed in 2006, and graduated from El Cerrito High School in 1998.
