What is a PEO?

Because of the complexity of the human asset portion of business, Employers are seeking more and more help.  They require the latest information in Human Resource management, payroll and tax compliance, risk management and claim management, unemployment management assistance, and more.  

PEOs enable businesses to let someone else do the back office administration, purchase the expensive payroll programs, software updates and manage the workers' compensation risks, while businesses focus on their key services and goods. In other words, the “revenue-generating” aspects of your business.

Taxes and Workers' Compensation are handled under the PEO’s Federal ID and employees are under what is called a “co-employment” relationship.
