Kartik Donga

Kartik Donga has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kartik is currently the Co-founder of PeoplActive, a purpose-led organization specializing in IT consulting and recruitment services. Prior to this, Kartik worked at Communication Crafts as the Director of International Business and later as a Project Lead. Kartik also gained valuable experience at Krish Technologies, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and held various positions, including Junior Software Engineer and Team Lead.

Kartik Donga completed their primary education at Shreyas Foundation from 1984 to 1988, earning a degree in Secondary School. Kartik then pursued higher education at Gujarat University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Application & Information Technology. Additionally, in November 2016, Kartik Donga obtained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot.
