People for Purpose hold the belief that great leadership can help solve our endemic social and environmental problems. Whether it be through emerging new business models, social enterprises or traditional non-profits, People for Purpose work with professionals and organisations who seek to drive positive, transformative change in the world.

We provide services designed to help establish the foundational platforms required for such change in order to achieve meaningful impact, with a core focus on Leading with Purpose (Workshops), Board Leadership (Governance Optimisation & Succession Planning) and Executive Recruitment (Search & Placement).

Our workshops are designed to provide for-purpose sector insight, help connect and create alignment to purpose, and establish unique and actionable frameworks from which individuals and corporate organisations can make an impact.

The very best of boards can lose focus, forget why they exist or find themselves struggling to find talent on a tight timeframe. Board management is a continual process of renewal, reflection and review. We help optimise board leadership within for-purpose organisations.

If you are a for-purpose organisation recruiting for high impact talent, we provide a specialist Executive and Non-Executive search and placement service to improve the flow of high impact talent into, and within the for-purpose sector.
