Emma Leeds, M.S. HR, is an accomplished Human Resources and People Consultant with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the CEO and Founder of People Function since August 2019, Emma has successfully led projects involving compensation structures and recruitment strategies for startups in tech and fitness sectors. Additionally, Emma serves as an Advisor and Fractional Head of HR for Bedrock Ocean Exploration, as well as holding board positions at Justworks and TechUnited, where Emma chairs the Compensation Committee.
