Leiya Williams

Leiya Williams is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as an Executive HR Consultant & People Strategist at People Function since August 2021, Leiya previously held the position of VP, People & Culture at Superfly and was Director of People Operations at Conductor, overseeing HCM functions for a global team during the rapid growth of a SaaS start-up. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, Senior Human Resources Manager at Hyde Leadership Charter School, and HR Generalist at Friendship Public Charter School. Leiya's earlier experience includes positions at Qatar Airways and Pepper Hamilton LLP. Leiya holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications/Public Relations from Morgan State University and a Master of Science in HR Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
