People Over Process (PoP) helps leaders and organisations navigate the transition to an AI-enabled way of working — with clarity, not hype. We work at two levels:

Consulting — practical AI transition and organisational agility work with enterprise, government and SME teams. We help you move from "AI clearly matters, but we're not sure how to start" to tangible, well-governed change that actually sticks.

Leadership coaching — 1:1 coaching for leaders carrying their people through change.

Founded in 2019 and based in Melbourne, PoP is led by Stephen Callaghan, who sits across two disciplines most people keep separate. On the technical side: a computer science background and 30+ years in IT and enterprise transformation. On the human side: professional coaching qualifications through the IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership), the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and ORSC (Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching). That pairing is the point — PoP works the technical and the human sides of change at the same time, not one then the other. We operate across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
