I find executive chefs, F&B directors, and senior leaders for Michelin-starred restaurants, premium restaurant groups and 5-star hotels worldwide.

I’m Paweł, 13 years in hospitality including Michelin-star restaurant management.

People Person is a boutique headhunting firm that works differently to most recruiters.

I take on a maximum of 4 roles at any time. No targets. No mass CV sending. Only focused, high-quality search.

93% fill rate. 43,000+ LinkedIn followers. Trusted by properties and groups including Peninsula Hotels, St Andrews Links, The Sheraton, Thanos Hotels and more.

I’ve built entire senior teams from scratch, placed executive chefs within a week, and found talent for some of the hardest-to-fill roles in luxury hospitality - from remote Scottish estates to Michelin-starred kitchens in the US.

If you’re a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality group looking for senior talent - or a hospitality professional exploring your next move - get in touch.
