Thomas Lee is an accomplished engineering leader with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Plusgrade since November 2025, Thomas previously held the position of Sr Engineering Manager for Web & Mobile App at SSENSE from April 2023 to May 2025. At Vori Health, Thomas led the product development engineering team as VP of Engineering, successfully scaling the team from approximately 10 to over 25 members.
