It begins with two semi-structured interviews (cognitive and worldview/meaning-making), followed by a detailed written report and a feedback conversation.
• Developmental Conversations: We provide science-based tools to transform traditional performance reviews into inspiring developmental conversations, ensuring employees contribute to strategy with joy and enthusiasm while growing themselves.
• Co-Development Programs: These compact, practical, and transformative programs occur in small groups (5–6 participants) over six monthly cycles. They focus on real work challenges using structured dialogue and a developmental lens to build collective intelligence.
People Spark is exploring the frontier between human wisdom and intelligent systems. We integrate AI companions into mentoring design to act as invisible co-facilitators, capturing insights and providing structure, eliminating administrative burdens. We developed RAIner CareerChat, an AI-powered career dialogue tool that assists professionals in identifying their career development stage through narrative matching in just 5–7 minutes.
