At People With Purpose we believe in purposefully creating value. By that we mean we are passionate about helping organisations intentionally create economic value (profit) in ways that also create value for society (people) and the environment (planet). Our vision is for this to become the dominant mindset and practice of leaders all around the world within our lifetime.

To make this vision come true, we work closely with CEO’s, founders, senior leadership teams and Boards to help them collectively develop purpose-led strategies, innovations, projects, communications and events. We do this because OUR PURPOSE IS TO EQUIP BUSINESS TO IMPROVE THE WORLD.

People with Purpose helps organisations become more prosperous, resilient and impactful, not by focusing on maximising profits per se, but by helping organisations to get clear about why they exist and to reimagine how they might create value.

We are dedicated to educating and equipping leaders with the strategies, mindsets and toolsets needed to create purposeful and profitable paths forward for their organisations.
