Derek D.

Derek D. serves as an Assessment Lead Lecturer and Lecturer in MA Business & Management and MA Marketing & Brand Management at GBS Malta since February 2024. In January 2023, Derek D. became a SCRUMstudy Authorised Training Partner and has been a PRINCE2® Approved Trainer with PeopleCert since August 2020. Additionally, Derek D. is an Adjunct Professor at Advenio EAcademy, a Trainer at The Knowledge Academy, and a Lecturer at the School of Business & Management Malta and Malta Leadership Institute. Previous experience includes a role as CO Project Manager - Optimization at Tipico and Construction Project Manager at Progett. Derek D. has earned a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Sustainable Farming from TRIAGON Academy and holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Chester. Other educational backgrounds include studies at the University of Malta and Junior College, UOM, as well as attendance at Seminary Tal-Virtu, Rabat.
