Hernán Aranda

Hernán Aranda is a Sales & Implementation Engineer at InvGate since February 2021, responsible for demonstrating InvGate Service Desk and InvGate Insight tools and managing proof of concept (POC) processes. Prior to this role, Hernán served as IT Process & Project Manager at AySA from November 2010 to February 2021, overseeing IT projects and leading cross-functional teams. Hernán also held positions at AySA as ITSM & ITAM Specialist and IT Asset Manager, focusing on IT service management tools and asset lifecycle management. In addition, Hernán contributed as a blogger for Doble Sinergia and worked as an IT Support Technician at Mega Tech S.A. Hernán holds a Master of Technology in Information Technology from UADE Business School, an Innovation Course from Universidad Blas Pascal, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Universidad Kennedy.
