Jorge Padrés is the Founder and CEO of PeopleCloudHRM, a company established in January 2011 that specializes in optimizing human resource processes through a cutting-edge cloud-based management platform. Prior to this role, Jorge served as Regional Director for Latin America at Zscaler Inc. from February 2009 to October 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and operations and recruiting new partners. Jorge also held the position of Director for Latin America at Ironport Systems, a Cisco Business Unit, from September 2004 to February 2009, managing operations and sales across several LATAM countries. Earlier in their career, Jorge was the Director for LATAM at Arrowpoint Communications and studied at ITESM Monterrey from 1990 to 1994. Jorge's education includes a degree in ISE from Tecnológico de Monterrey and studies at IPADE Business School from 2020 to 2021.
