Steven Gray

Steven Gray is the current President & CEO at PeopleConnect. Prior to this, they served as the CRO/COO at Peak Performance, an Affinitiv company, from April 2012 to March 2017. During their time at Peak Performance, Steven was tasked with leading the company's turnaround, developing new products, stabilizing the national sales organization, and creating an entirely new go-to market plan. As a result of their efforts, Peak was successfully sold to CiP as part of a larger merger with 3 other companies and became Affinitiv.

Before joining Peak Performance, Steven served as COO at iLoop Mobile from August 2010 to April 2012.

Steven Gray's educational career consists of a BA in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton and El Dorado High School.
