Karina Kalita has a diverse work experience. Карина began their career as an Office Manager at QuantumIT in April 2018 and worked until September 2018. Карина then joined Cloud9 Solutions as an HR Manager in 2018. Currently, they are working at PeopleForce HRM. Карина started as an Operation Manager in August 2019 and later became a Financial Controller in April 2023.

Карина Калита received their Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Theater and Cinema Acting from Kiev International University in 2016. Карина then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Oral and Written Translation at the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Dragomanov.
