Patrick Nottingham

Patrick Nottingham has a diverse work experience spanning various customer success and leadership roles. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Team Lead at PeopleKeep since March 2023. Prior to this, Patrick was an Advisory Board Member at UC Santa Barbara PaCE Customer Experience Certificate Program starting from February 2022. From 2014, Patrick also had their own business called Vital Resilience, where they provided resiliency education and training, organizational and executive consultation, and coaching.

In terms of customer success management, Patrick has worked as a Customer Success Manager at both Totango from April 2022 to November 2022, and SPIDR Tech from September 2020 to December 2021. Patrick also held the position of Customer Success Team Lead at SPIDR Tech from December 2021 to April 2022 and at AkitaBox from March 2020 to September 2020. Patrick also served as a Customer Success Manager at AkitaBox from July 2019 to March 2020. Prior to these roles, they briefly worked as a Data Coordinator at AkitaBox from April 2019 to July 2019.

Patrick's earlier experience includes working as a Guide at Zion Adventure Company from March 2018 to March 2019, a CrossFit Instructor at CrossFit Recursive from August 2015 to October 2017, and an Employee Assistance Specialist at City of Madison from September 2013 to May 2016. Patrick also owned and operated CrossFit Atavus as a CrossFit Affiliate Owner from June 2013 to June 2015. Overall, Patrick Nottingham possesses a strong background in customer success management, leadership, resiliency education, and coaching.

Patrick Nottingham completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona from 2002 to 2006. Patrick then obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Forensic Psychology at Argosy University from 2009 to 2011. In 2005 and 2006, Patrick participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of East Anglia, focusing on Theatre Arts. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Certified High Adversity Resilience Coach and Certified Resilience Coach (CReC) from Driven in June 2022, as well as HeartMath Certified Trainer and HeartMath Certified Coach/Mentor from HeartMath LLC in 2016.
