People's Housing+ is being created through a strategic partnership of three New Orleans based community development organizations: Home by Hand, Crescent City Community Land Trust, Tulane Canal Neighborhood Development Corporation.

We believe everyone deserves a pathway to home. With more than 40 years combined experience among our merging partners, we envision People's Housing+ as your one-stop affordable shop.

We are Better Together.

Fostering multi-generational wealth through affordable housing and stewardship.
