Francis is currently the Regional Director at PeopleSearch, specializing in Executive Search within Banking & Financial Services across the APAC and Middle East regions. Previously, Francis held leadership roles as Head of Private Banking Executive Search for LHH, and Director of Private Banking & Financial Services at The Omerta Group. With a background in social work from the Archdiocese of Verapoly, Francis has a strong foundation in advocacy and support, which complements their extensive experience in private banking and financial services. Francis earned an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2008.
