David Wilbert

David (Shawn) Wilbert, Ph.D., is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. They served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005 and later worked as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO from 2015 to 2019. As a Semiconductor Fabrication Subject Matter Expert at Radiance Technologies from 2019 to 2023, they contributed significantly to the field, before assuming the role of Principal Electrical Engineer at PeopleTec, Inc. in 2023. David completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in 2014, following a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field. Additionally, they have experience as a Laboratory and Course Instructor at the University of Alabama.
