Seth Thompson

Seth Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal management, pricing strategy, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Proposals at PeopleTec since September 2021, Seth oversees proposal coordination staff and corporate-level proposals while identifying and managing business opportunities. Previously, as Deputy Director of Proposals at Science and Engineering Services, LLC, Seth developed pricing strategies and nurtured team talents. Additional roles include Deputy Project Manager at UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies and Proposal Specialist at Science and Engineering Services, where management of proposal teams and pricing compliance were key responsibilities. Seth also has a foundation in budget analysis from service in the US Army, complemented by advanced degrees including an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration and an MBA.
