Fran Benjamin

Fran Benjamin is the Managing Partner at Good Works Consulting LLC, where equity, diversity, and inclusion are central to their approach. Fran also holds advisory roles at PeopleTech Partners and Flux, while serving as Adjunct Faculty at New Ventures West. Previously, Fran has held various executive positions at companies such as GRAIL, Inc., Airbnb, Deloitte, and Cargill, focusing on human resources, diversity strategy, and organizational development. Fran holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in International Relations-Global Business from the University of Southern California.
