Cindy Freeman is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in skills development and management. Currently serving as Skills Development Manager at PEP since October 2019, Cindy has also held roles such as Program Manager and Skills Development Officer within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Practitioner at TFG from August 2018 to September 2019, where expertise was applied in project leadership for a new remuneration tool and employee relations.
