Annalien Smith

Annalien Smith has extensive experience in talent development and organizational development, currently serving as Learning and Talent Development Manager and OD Practitioner Team Leader at Pepkor Holdings Limited since June 2013. Prior to this role, Annalien was the Group Training Manager at Weylandts from August 2008 to April 2011. Annalien's educational background includes a recent completion of a degree in Change Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of Cape Town, along with qualifications in HR Management, Special Education focused on Hearing Impairment, and Foreign Languages from various institutions including the University of Pretoria and the University of the Free State.
