Lai Chan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer engineering. Currently serving as Lead Engineer in Customer Engineering at Peplink since May 2006, Lai has held multiple roles including Technical Manager and Team Lead in Customer Support, focusing on pre-sales and post-sales technical support for global partners and users. Prior to Peplink, Lai worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Edison Networks, providing installation and network integration support, and as a Systems Engineer at Unitech Networks. Lai holds a BEng in Computer Technology from the University of Portsmouth and a Higher Diploma in Computer Engineering from Hong Kong Technical College.
