Stuart Fuller

Stuart Fuller is an experienced operations leader in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Head of Operations at Pepper Advantage since May 2023. Previously, Stuart held the position of Head of Servicing at Hodge from December 2020 to May 2023, overseeing Underwriting, Originations, and Servicing operations. Other roles include Head of Servicing Third Party Oversight & Change at Kensington Mortgages, where Stuart established an Oversight team and led operational meetings, and Head of IT & Change Management at chl mortgages Ltd, directing IT service delivery and major change initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades, Stuart has also worked in various capacities at GMAC RFC and Birmingham Midshires, focusing on mortgage servicing and continuous improvement. Stuart's educational background includes attendance at St. Crispins in Wokingham from 1982 to 1988.
