Will Edwards

Will Edwards is a seasoned QA Test Lead with extensive experience in managing testing projects across various financial institutions. Currently at Pepper Advantage since September 2025, Will focuses on a Regulatory Programme of Work. Prior roles include leading QA testing at Bank of Ireland for the Payments Programme involving MT103 to PACS008 migration, and overseeing the Mars Capital Programme at CubeMatch. As a UAT Manager at emagine and Test Manager at Bank of Ireland, Will has significantly contributed to the CCP Programme, ensuring quality assurance for multiple testing phases. Will also has a strong background in Open Banking projects, having managed QA for PSD2 initiatives at Permanent TSB and AIB. With a foundational education in testing and project management, Will has also worked as a Business Analyst, bridging communication between development teams and stakeholders.
