As Director of Business Development, Rob Held forms relationships with new clients and fosters ongoing partnerships. He applies his experience as a project manager to dive into details with owners and provide them with the best services to fit their unique needs. With more than a decade of industry experience and market expertise, Rob excels at building a strong foundation between clients and project teams to ensure the owner’s vision comes to life.
Rob is a member of the Indiana Subcontractors Association Connection Committee, NAIOP Indiana and raises funds for Noble. He graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
