Shobhit Modi is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer experience and operational management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Pepper Content since July 2022, Shobhit leads a team focused on centralizing customer experience operations, which has successfully managed an $8M revenue stream and achieved an $850K increase in profitability through innovative AI-powered solutions. Previously, as Category Program Manager at Pepper Content, Shobhit oversaw the Language Category's P&L, implementing strategic metrics that resulted in gross margin improvements and significant operational efficiencies.
