Tim Padgett

Tim Padgett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and leadership across various industries. As the founder of The Pepper Group since August 1994, Tim has successfully merged the art and science of marketing, earning high praise from clients. In 2023, Tim launched BackItUp.shop, specializing in personalized gifts. Tim co-founded and served as CEO of Teer1 from 2012 to 2021, focusing on software solutions for employee volunteering. Previously, Tim held senior management roles at Midwest Litho Arts and worked as a sales representative at Curtiss 1000 and North Branch Flooring Company. Tim's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from Southern Illinois University, complemented by studies at Northern Illinois University.
