Randy Springer

Randy Springer is a retired professional who served as President of Pepper Maintenance Systems Inc. from 1997 to 2023. They previously led operations at Minier Cooperative Elevator from 1986 to 1997 and owned pork production facilities at Springer Pork Farm from 1975 to 2004. Since 2023, Randy has been the Chair of the Board of Directors at Pepper Maintenance. Additionally, they have farmed corn and soybeans on their family farm since 1953 and graduated from Goshen College in 1975.
