Bryant Gerfin

Bryant Gerfin is an experienced law enforcement professional, currently serving as a Patrol Acting Sergeant at the Marysville Police Department since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing patrol crew operations, personnel issues, and case reports. Additionally, Bryant holds various instructor positions, specializing in firearms, defensive tactics, and first aid. As President and Co-Founder of Training Round, LLC, Bryant engineers firearms training equipment and provides tactical programs. Previous roles include police officer positions at both the Lynnwood and Marysville Police Departments, as well as a custody officer and firefighter. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Central Washington University and certifications from the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission.
