Bob Boucher has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Unix Sysadmin for Acuson. Bob then moved to Providian Financial in 2000, where they held the same role. In 2005, they took on the role of Web Admin for Wells Fargo. In 2010, they joined Comcast Cable as a DevOps Technical Support - Tier 5, where they deployed and supported applications to Production, QA, Labs, and third party vendors using predefined procedures on RH Linux and CentOS platforms. Bob also wrote the predefined installation procedures and automated installation using Puppet. In 2015, they became a Senior Technical Support Specialist for Nominum. Theircurrent role is Customer Technical Support Engineer for Pepperdata, a position they have held since 2019.

Bob Boucher has studied Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and has also attended Drury.
