Tim Dooley has held various roles in the technology industry since 1995. Tim began their career at Sybase as a Technical Support Manager, then moved to EMC in 1999 where they were a Senior Technical/Product Support Manager until 2015. In 2016, they joined New York Life Insurance Company as a Licensed Agent. In 2017, they became the Manager of Product Support at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US. In 2020, they joined Pepperdata as a Technical Support Engineer, and also began working as Self-employed, open to opportunities.

Tim Dooley obtained an Associate's Degree in Administration of Justice from Moorpark College between 1980 and 1982. Tim then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from National University between 1986 and 1988. In 2001, they obtained a SCP Support Manager certification from SCP.
