Heidi Eilers is a seasoned professional in the field of psychology and behavior analysis, currently serving as a Founding Partner at Compassionate Behavior Analysis since November 2021. Eilers holds multiple academic roles, including Adjunct Professor and Assistant Chair at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology since June 2018, as well as Adjunct Professor at both the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Pepperdine University since August 2011 and August 2021, respectively. Prior to these positions, Eilers served as Clinical Regional Vice President of Autism Services at Easter Seals Southern California from March 2012 to June 2018.
