Kobi Hari has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in the fields of software development, consulting, and training. Kobi began their career as a Student Developer at Rafael, where they developed testing tools and aids for a major project. Kobi then worked as a part-time Software Engineer at Vigil Technologies, mainly focused on application development.
In 1998, Kobi joined IDF as a KM Technical Lead, where they led a large-scale knowledge management project and was responsible for the technological and methodological aspects. This role involved extensive research, development, and team management. Kobi continued in this role until 2004.
From 2005 to 2006, Kobi worked as the Chief Architect at Car Pro Systems, where they designed a web-based application for car rental and vehicle fleet management. Kobi gathered customer requirements and created a multi-tenant hosted solution.
In 2006, they joined Jacada as part of their Professional Services team. In this role, Kobi served as a tech lead for international projects, working closely with customers to analyze business processes, design solutions, and develop web applications for contact centers. Kobi remained with Jacada until 2009.
Starting from 2009, Kobi held multiple positions simultaneously. Kobi worked as a Freelance Developer and Consultant at Applicolors (previously known as Linkswise), specializing in creating rich user experiences through technologies like Silverlight, WPF, and web development. Kobi also worked as an XAML and WinRT Consultant at Pepperi during the same period.
In 2014, Kobi joined IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they focused on developing complex WPF applications and providing XAML consulting.
Since 2015, they have been serving as a Course Instructor at John Bryce, delivering various courses on WPF, Angular, UWP, C#, MVC.net, and WebAPI to both companies and open audiences.
Throughout their career, Kobi has demonstrated expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, as well as strong project management and leadership skills.
From 1994 to 1998, Kobi Hari attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering.
