Martin Walter

Martin Walter serves as a Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer at Pepperl+Fuchs Gruppe since May 2025. Prior to this role, Martin Walter held multiple senior leadership positions at STIHL from April 2021 to March 2025, including Senior Vice President of Controlling & Accounting, Senior Vice President of Controlling, and Managing Director of STIHL Ventures. Martin Walter's extensive career at MANN+HUMMEL Group spanned from September 2005 to March 2021, where roles included Vice President and CFO of the Original Equipment Division and Asia Pacific Region, as well as various country CFO positions in the United Kingdom and India. Martin Walter holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge (2015-2017) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (2002-2005).
