Robin Stratthaus

Robin Stratthaus is a supply chain leader with over 12 years of experience in the US, Singapore, and Germany, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Innovation & Digitalization at Pepperl+Fuchs Group. In this role, Robin leads the Innovation & Digitalization department, focusing on digital transformations, advanced analytics, and system optimizations to enhance decision-making across the organization. Previously, Robin directed planning teams across multiple production sites and implemented end-to-end planning systems to create a digital twin of the supply chain. With over 8 years in leadership positions, Robin is passionate about building teams, driving change, and collaborating across functions and cultures. Robin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Mannheim Business School.
