Bennett Leung

Bennett Leung is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Product Design at Pepperstone since August 2024, where responsibilities include building and managing a global product design team across Europe, Asia, and Australia to create engaging trading experiences. Previously, Bennett held the position of Director of Product Design at OKX from April 2022 to May 2024, leading a team of over 30 individuals in various design disciplines. As the Founding CEO of Houston Collective from August 2020 to May 2024, Bennett played a pivotal role in establishing the organization. Prior experience includes tenure as Chief People & Creative Officer at Tink Labs, where emphasis was placed on human capital growth across a large workforce, as well as significant contributions as Creative Director at several firms including Alchemy Asia and Eight Partnership, and as Art Director at TBWA and Assistant Art Director at DDB. Bennett possesses a Design degree from York University and has attended Crescent School and Wah Yan College Hong Kong.
