Jon Hartis

Jon Hartis is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Senior Director of Technical Operations at Peppr since March 2025, and as the CEO and Founder of Fork & Tech, an all-in-one source for restaurant technology solutions, since November 2024. Previously, Jon held multiple Chief Technology Officer roles at various prominent dining establishments, including Evelyn Steakhouse, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, The Mexican, Wild Peckers, and TacoLingo Tex-Mex from 2020 to 2025. Additionally, Jon was Vice President of Technology at Reach Hospitality Group and Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar. Educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
