Previously, Al served as the Director of Health, Safety and Environmental at PepsiCo from 2013 to 2018 and held roles in various organizations, including Global Director of Environmental, Health & Safety at MetoKote Corporation and Senior Corporate Environmental Health & Safety Manager at Spartech Corporation. Al's career in environmental and safety management is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Hazardous Materials Management from The University of Findlay and certification as a Hazardous Materials Manager.
