Alda Ma is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and consumer insights within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director/Head of APAC Marketing Transformation & Consumer Intimacy at PepsiCo since 2016, Alda has held multiple senior roles including Senior Director/Head of Demand Accelerator-APAC and E2E Commercial Digital Strategy Lead, Asia/ANZ, and Senior Director/Head of Demand Accelerator and Shopper Insights - APAC. Prior to this, Alda amassed valuable experience with PepsiCo as a Senior Manager in Insights for the AMEA Region and at TNS as a Senior Research Manager. Educationally, Alda participated in the Asia Pacific Leadership Conference at HKUST and is a participant in PepsiCo's Accelerated Leadership Program.
