Allison Boyd

Allison Boyd has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Director of Professional Experience & Leadership Development at PepsiCo since February 2025. Prior to this role, Boyd was the Director of Learning & Leadership Development at PepsiCo Foods North America from May 2022 to February 2025. Boyd's career includes various positions at PepsiCo Canada, starting as an HR Coordinator in 2006 and advancing to roles such as HR Generalist, Labour Relations Manager, and HR Manager for both Corporate and Ontario Sales Operations. Earlier experience includes an HR internship at SC Johnson in December 2005. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned from 2002 to 2006.
