With over 14 years of experience in process control, quality control, food safety, and organizational development, she is recognized for driving sustainable, system-level improvements in complex operational environments.
With an educational foundation in organizational management, and business leadership, Amanda brings a strategic, people-centered perspective to transforming technical requirements into operational reality. Her background enables her to connect system design, behavioral drivers, and business outcomes—ensuring that food safety expectations are not only met, but embedded into culture and practice.
In her current role, Amanda guides modernization efforts that include program redesign, digitization, and culture-building initiatives that strengthen frontline capability and leadership alignment. As a certified HACCP practitioner, PCQI, Lead Internal Auditor, and Lean Six Sigma leader, she applies a systems-thinking approach rooted in data, human behavior, and continuous improvement.
