Amanda Erickson

Amanda Erickson has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Foodservice Key Account Manager at PepsiCo since February 2017, following roles as a Foodservice Sales Representative and SF and LF Sales District Leader. Prior to this, Amanda held the position of GM Senior Lead at PepsiCo's Pepsi Beverages Company from October 2006 to February 2015, where responsibilities included financial control and compliance in the East Michigan Market. Amanda's early career includes serving as a Coordinator at Target from September 2003 to May 2006. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Dakota from 2005 to 2009.
