Amy Lee has extensive experience in research and development within the food industry, having held key positions at notable companies. From November 2012 to December 2014, Amy contributed to ASR Group, advancing from Research Scientist to Manager of Research and Development. Subsequently, at Weston Foods, Amy served as a Senior Product Developer from February 2021 to March 2022. Most recently, Amy has been with PepsiCo since June 2022, working as an R&D Associate Principal Scientist in the PFNA Quaker Oats division and later as an R&D Manager focused on Food Experience and Product Development. Amy began in the field as a Food Technologist at Sensient Technologies Corporation from 2006 to 2012. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Purdue University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
