Andrew Failace

Andrew Failace is a junior Marketing major at Susquehanna University and currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Business Partner at PepsiCo. Previously, Andrew held various recruitment roles at Insight Global and Amazon, where they honed their skills in talent acquisition. In addition to their professional experience, Andrew is the Vice President of the Order Sons of Italy in America's first-ever university chapter, demonstrating strong leadership and time management abilities. Additionally, Andrew has experience in marketing through a role at NYSL Promotions, where they learned about brand development and team growth.
