Billy McCarthy

Billy McCarthy is a chemist currently serving as a Research and Application Senior Scientist at PepsiCo, where they focus on formulation and application characterization of consumer products. Billy previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at VistaMilk, and holds a PhD in Chemistry from Technological University Dublin, where they explored chlorate in dairy processes. With experience at Pfizer as a Technical Operations Student Chemist and a history of fundraising and event organization with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Billy has a diverse background in both scientific research and community engagement. In addition to their professional pursuits, Billy has contributed to academic mentorship and outreach efforts in STEM education.
