Previously, Bob held roles as Associate Principal Engineer and Asset Reliability Engineer at PepsiCo, focusing on critical asset reliability and maintenance strategies across European manufacturing sites. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Process & Project Engineer at Tinsely Bridge Ltd, where they managed new technology platforms and implemented safety protocols. Bob holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Bradford.
