Bob Brown

Bob Brown is the Chief Science Officer at Avant Nutrition, where they have provided consultant services to the food industry on nutrition science and regulatory affairs since 2014. They previously held the position of Senior Director Global R&D Nutrition at PepsiCo for a brief period in 2006, leading the development of global standards and guidelines for nutrition. Bob earned a PhD in Pharmacology and Nutrition from the University of Southern California, completing their studies between 1983 and 1987.
